Salon Epiffani was established and opened it's doors in Concord, CA. in the Summer of 1998.
The Design Team combines 'successful creative talent' along with the 'collective years of experience in the beauty industry' to showcase the Design Team's Passion.
We are confident that our Salon environment and Service menu will attract and retain even the most discriminating tastes.
