SALON EPIFFANI Etiquette
Please be sure to turn off any electronic devices prior to entering
SALON EPIFFANI for your scheduled services.
Please provide your own childcare ahead of time and outside of the Salon premises.
SALON EPIFFANI can only accommodate a person with a scheduled appointment, as to not cause loitering within the Salon atmosphere.
Suggestions are always welcome.
Appointments
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.
We schedule appointments according to our Design Teams availability and specialty.
If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best
to accommodate you.
Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; this it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.
Please inform your Stylist of any medications or vitamins intake, as this may disturb the service application of any/all chemical services.
Confirmations
Our SALON EPIFFANI concierge desk provides a courtesy confirmation call,
a minimum, 48-hour prior to your scheduled service date.
This allows time for the client to call back to confirm or to re-schedule any services that the client may have at SALON EPIFFANI.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid charges for cancelled services.
Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.
It is customary to tip your stylist for all services as a way to communicate your satisfaction level of services provided.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations as well as
gifts for employees and business clients.
Gift Certificates are available all year round. Come in and purchase one today.
Method of Payment
Salon Epiffani welcomes Personal Checks, Travelers Checks,
Most Credit Cards & near exact amount of cash for Retail Items.
Our Design Team is Independently Contracted and therefore accept specific methods of payment. Please call ahead to verify your Stylists preferred method of payment. Starter checks are not accepted.
$25.00 charge on each returned check, plus any additional bank fees.
Prepayment Policy
All contracted services must be paid for in advance no later than one week prior to service date.
Service Guarantee
We Guarantee *All of our services to meet your satisfaction.
A client that, within reason, is not fully satisfied with his/her hair service, must notify their stylist or Salon Epiffani immediately,
within 7 days of their original service date to avoid full service fees.
(* Service Guarantee is Excluded from Corrective Color Service & Salon Classes/Sessions)
Traveling Fees
All services are priced based on services rendered at
SALON EPIFFANI Location.
Styling and Make-Up services are also available for 'On Location',
this type of service will require additional service costs.
Please consult your SALON EPIFFANI Design Team Member to discus and make proper arrangements on this matter.
Loss/Damage
Though, SALON EPIFFANI provides robes for all clientele to keep clothing
free of hair clipping and water, etc;, SALON EPIFFANI is not responsible
for any damage to any persons apparel. We ask that you keep all personal valuables at home, in purse or briefcase, as several common services within the Salon may prompt one to lose or damage small items such as an earring, Bluetooth etc.
